Refund & Reprint Policy

Custom transfers (DTF and sublimation gang sheets)
Every sheet is printed to order from your files, so we can’t accept returns or exchanges for change of mind or ordering errors.

If something’s wrong on our end, we’ll make it right. If your order arrives with a misprint, color defect, damaged transfer, or the wrong item, email us within 7 days of delivery with your order number and photos, and we’ll reprint it free or issue a refund.

We can’t cover issues caused by:

• Low-resolution, blurry, or pixelated files (the builder shows a resolution warning before you order)
• Spelling errors, white backgrounds, or design choices in uploaded artwork
• Incorrect pressing (time, temperature, or pressure) or incompatible blanks, such as sublimation on cotton or dark fabric
• Orders that weren’t pressed within 6 months of delivery

Digital downloads
All digital design files are final sale and can’t be refunded once delivered. If you have trouble downloading a file, contact us and we’ll help.
