Gang Sheets

What is a gang sheet?
One large sheet you fill with as many designs as fit. You pay for the sheet size, not per design, so it’s the most affordable way to order transfers.

How do I build one?
Choose DTF or Sublimation, pick a sheet size, then upload your designs or add some from our gallery. Arrange them yourself or click Auto Build to fill the sheet for you, then add it to your cart.

Can I put different designs on one sheet?
Yes, as many as you want, in any sizes, as long as they fit.

How much space should I leave between designs?
The builder adds a small margin automatically so you can cut designs apart easily.

Can I save my sheet and finish later?
Yes. Sign in to your account and click Save in the builder. You can reopen it anytime under Open from previous designs.

Can I order more than one copy of the same sheet?
Yes. Change the quantity before adding it to your cart.

DTF vs. Sublimation

Which one do I need?
DTF works on almost any fabric in any color: cotton, polyester, blends, dark or light. Sublimation only works on white or light-colored polyester (65%+) and sublimation-coated blanks like tumblers and mugs. If you’re pressing onto cotton or a dark shirt, choose DTF.

Why are DTF sheets 14" wide and sublimation 23" wide?
Those are the print widths of our printers. Check our size guide on each product page to see how many designs fit.

Do I need a heat press?
A heat press gives the best, longest-lasting results. See our Pressing Instructions page for settings.

Files & Designs

What files can I upload?
PNG (best), PDF, SVG, PSD, and AI/EPS. JPGs are accepted for sublimation only. See File Requirements for details.

Why does my design show a red or yellow outline?
Your image is too small for the size you’ve set it to and may print blurry. Make the design smaller or upload a larger file.

Do I need to mirror sublimation designs?
No. Upload them facing the normal way, and we mirror them for printing.

Can you print a logo or character I found online?
Only if you own it or have permission. We can’t print trademarked or copyrighted artwork.

Orders & Shipping

How long until my order ships?
Gang sheets ship within 2–3 business days. Most packages arrive 2–5 business days after shipping.

How much is shipping?
$5.99 flat, or free on orders over $75, within the U.S.

Do you ship internationally?
Not yet. We currently ship within the United States only.

Can I change or cancel my order?
Contact us right away. Once your sheet is printed, we can’t make changes or cancel it.

Problems & Refunds

My transfer arrived damaged or misprinted. What do I do?
Email us within 7 days of delivery with your order number and photos, and we’ll reprint it or refund you. See our Refund Policy for details.

My transfer is peeling after washing.
This is usually caused by pressing temperature, time, or pressure. Check our Pressing Instructions and do a finishing press. Contact us with photos if it keeps happening.

Digital Designs

What’s the difference between a digital design and a transfer?
A digital design is a PNG file you download instantly and print yourself. A transfer is printed by us and shipped to you, ready to press. Want one of our designs as a transfer? Add it to a gang sheet from our gallery.

Can I use your digital designs on products I sell?
Yes. Our digital designs include a commercial license for finished physical products you make and sell. You may not resell, share, or redistribute the files themselves.
